This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and Bodyspotting techniques. My integrative approach allows me to adapt our sessions to what works best for you, addressing not just symptoms but the underlying patterns and systems that contribute to your challenges.

At MRTherapy Wellness Space LLC, we offer:

- Individual therapy sessions (up to 60 minutes)

- Couples therapy sessions (75 minutes)

- Intensive therapy sessions (3.5 consecutive sessions in one day)

- Accountability coaching (minimum 8 sessions)

All our services are provided via Telehealth, ensuring privacy and flexibility for our clients. We specialize in supporting high achievers who are seeking balance and support to overcome stress and emotional challenges. Our typical clients are motivated individuals looking to optimize their personal and professional lives while managing the unique pressures that come with high achievement.

As a therapist and coach, I'm driven by the desire to help others achieve their full potential.
